At Omafiets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box, including all manuals and accessories, to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
