Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For fully assembled bicycles, we use specialized couriers which may take up to 7 business days to ensure your ride arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer professional assembly for online orders?
Yes, all our bikes undergo a safety check by certified mechanics before shipping. You can choose to have your bike delivered 95% assembled in a large box or fully built if you are within our local delivery zone.
What is your return policy for sports gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or customized bicycle builds.
Do your bicycles come with a manufacturer warranty?
Every bike sold at Omafiets comes with a full manufacturer warranty covering the frame and components. Warranty periods vary by brand, typically ranging from 2 years to a lifetime on frames.
Can I book a test ride before making a purchase?
Absolutely. You can schedule a test ride at our flagship workshop through our online booking portal to ensure the geometry and fit are perfect for your riding style.
