This kit has most parts needed to convert an 'internal mech' Rohloff to a 'external mech.'

This makes it much easier to disconnect the shift cables when removing the rear wheel.

Kit includes: external transfer box Ex, cable box, ratchet wheel, axle plate screws, no shifter cables
